INTOVA HD SPORT

We are glad to announce that after the publication of our SPORT HD camera review the INTOVA has made some very important running changes that further improve the underwater use of such a product.

Almost all the amendments proposed by our staff after testing the camera have been implemented and they are summarized here below, anyway opening the case is now easier as we figured out that there is a mechanism designed to break seal. Pressing buttons still requires some effort in the end.

 

The straightforward menu now includes a DIVE MODE preset for white balance that is a function allowing users to have a better correspondence between the colours in the pictures taken and the real ones.

 

The camera is now equipped also with a MOTION SENSOR. Once the proper function is activated, the camera starts recording whenever the sensor detects a movement in front of it. You can use it then as security camera too!

 

It also features a PICTURE IN VIDEO option which lets you capture a photo while you are taking a video, without interrupting the recording.

Finally, the frame rate that was originally 30 fps was brought to 60fps. By implementing such a change user can enjoy a better image definition.
